HALAL Food Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit is a ready-to-use extraction product for effective ingredient analysis through effective gene extraction from raw materials of meat or meat products for Halal Food compatibility determination. In order to validate Halal Food using molecular diagnostics, an efficient gene extraction process is required. In this product, the quantitative detection experiment using PCR method was used to confirm the extraction efficacy in raw meat, fat and animal gelatin. It is a superior product with high effectiveness of validation because it can be extracted easily and effectively and there is little influence of inhibition in gene amplification experiment.

Halal means «permitted», «permitted by God» in Islamic law, and mainly refers to the certification of food, medicines and cosmetics. It refers to foods allowed mainly by Islamic law and prohibits the ingestion of all processed foods containing meat, animal blood, and alcohol, including pigs, and only permitted animals are slaughtered by means of Islamic slaughter. Application of Pork meat gDNA extracted with HALAL Food Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit.
