OneStep PAGE gel is an all-in-one PAGE gel that does not require staking gel, unlike conventional SDS-PAGE gel, which is generally composed of two steps. Since it is possible to produce PAGE gel in one step, the time required for experiment is greatly reduced and convenience is maximized. In addition, it is possible to use a normal running buffer without preparing a separate buffer for electrophoresis, which is more than equivalent to general SDS-PAGE gel. OneStep PAGE gel is able to identify a wide range of proteins, and the band pattern is constant and clear.
Results of protein marker electrophoresis and band pattern comparison after normal SDS-PAGE gel and OneStep PAGE gel. Compared to conventional SDS-PAGE gel, OneStep PAGE gel showed a clear and constant band pattern.
Western blot analysis
After SDS-PAGE gel and OneStep PAGE gel production, protein electrophoresis and western blotting were confirmed to be more sensitive than normal PAGE gel.
