Marcador ADN 1000 Plus is able to confirm the size when nucleic acid electrophoresis is performed, and DNA in the range of 250 bp to 10,000 bp can be confirmed. A total of 12 fragments, namely 250/500/750/1,000/1,500/2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 / 5,000 / 6,000 / 8,000 / 10,000 / It is composed of 5,000 / 6,000 / 8,000 / 10,000 bp. Each band has a concentration of 40 ng per 5 μl. A band of 500 bp and a band of 3,000 bp consist of a concentration of 100 ng, making it easy to distinguish the size. Electrophoresis(1% Agarose gel)
