2X Master / MultiMAX PCR products can maximize efficiency by simultaneously amplifying up to 27 target DNAs in one tube at the same time. In order to amplify a large number of target DNAs, a conventional primer set of one tube is prepared by preparing the reagents and polymerase necessary for the PCR, and performing the PCR cycle. Each amplification product is electrophoresed one by one and the result is judged . We can see that there is a lot of time and economic waste.However, with 2X Master / MultiMAX PCR products, our MPF technology is applied to minimize competition between primer sets. High yield and reproducibility
A total of 27 primer sets using 2X Master / MultiMAX PCR Kit were subjected to Single PCR and Multiplex PCR on human genomic DNA and electrophoresed on agarose gel. A single amplification can detect unchanged amplification with better specificity and sensitivity than other PCR amplifications f rom a minimum of 60 bp up to a maximum of 4.5 kb. A total of 27 multiplex amplifications PCR amplification can be confirmed.
