RealMOD ™ Green SF 2X qPCR mix is a quantitative PCR product using cDNA or gDNA. This product uses SFC Green as an interchelator, SFC Green has a wavelength band similar to SYBR Green and Eva Green, has a very bright fluorescence and has a long half life. In addition, it has a hot-start function, which is characterized by low dimer generation rate and high reproducibility and stability. 2X Master mix type is available to adjust the capacity according to the experimenter.
